Terms & Conditions

Art. 1
These general terms and conditions apply to every purchase and sale agreement made by a visitor to this website, hereinafter referred to as "Customer," with RLF Concept BV, located at Kaarbaan 7, 3600 Genk, VAT BE0887.093.011 (hereinafter referred to as "Code Zero Hair Interpreters"). These general terms and conditions always take precedence over any conflicting terms of the customer. Additional terms of the customer are excluded, unless they have been accepted in writing and explicitly by Code Zero Hair Interpreters. With every electronic order of products, the customer expressly agrees to these general terms and conditions.

Art. 2
A valid sales agreement is concluded when the order is electronically submitted by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink.

Art. 3
Due to the nature of the sold products, they cannot be returned. Therefore, the customer, in accordance with Art. VI.53 of the Economic Law Code, does not have a right of withdrawal. Each purchase is final from the conclusion of the agreement and not subject to any withdrawal period.

Art. 4
If transportation, reservation, or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately.

Art. 5
The price indication refers solely to the items as described in words. The accompanying photo is decorative and may contain elements not included in the price.

Art. 6
Payment is always made electronically via Bancontact or by bank transfer. Each order is immediately payable at the time of concluding the agreement. With payment by bank transfer, you will receive the ordered products only upon receipt of the due amount.

Art. 7
The execution of the agreement normally takes place almost immediately after payment via Bancontact or confirmation of payment via bank transfer. However, any delay in execution does not entitle to compensation. In case of payment by bank transfer, the delivery of the ordered products takes place within five working days after crediting our account. Also in this case, any delay in execution does not entitle to compensation.

Art. 8
Each offer is only open to customers residing in Belgium. 

Art. 9
Although the catalog and website are compiled with the utmost care, it is still possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. For specific questions regarding sizes, color, availability, delivery time, or delivery method, we request you to contact Code Zero Hair Interpreters in advance. Code Zero Hair Interpreters is only committed to a best-effort obligation regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. In no case is Code Zero Hair Interpreters liable for material errors, typographical or printing errors.

Art. 10
The offer is always valid while supplies last and can be adjusted or withdrawn by Code Zero Hair Interpreters at any time. If products from your order are only delivered after a certain period at Code Zero Hair Interpreters and if this is indicated on the website, your entire order will only be dispatched once all products are in stock.

Art. 11
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Code Zero Hair Interpreters until full payment by the customer. However, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer from the time of shipment.

Art . 12
De geleverde artikelen blijven tot op het moment van gehele betaling door de klant, de exclusieve eigendom van Code Zero Hair Interpreters. Het risico wegens verlies of beschadiging gaat evenwel over op de Klant vanaf de verzending.

Art. 13
Any visible damage and/or qualitative deficiency of an item or other shortcomings in the delivery must be reported immediately, on pain of forfeiture of any right.

Art. 14
The consumer enjoys a legal warranty of conformity for the goods.

Each item is subject to the legal warranty from the date of purchase by the first owner. Any commercial warranty does not affect these rights.

To invoke the warranty, the customer must present the proof of purchase.

The customer must contact Code Zero Hair Interpreters in advance, after which the customer must return the item at his own expense to Code Zero Hair Interpreters.

Any defect must be reported within 1 week after discovery. After this period, any right to repair or replacement expires.

The (commercial and/or legal) warranty never applies to defects or deficiencies arising from accidents, neglect, falls, abnormal or incorrect use, use of the item contrary to its intended purpose, non-compliance with the instructions for use or manual, adjustments or modifications to the item, rough use, poor maintenance, abnormal or incorrect use. It also does not apply to items with a shorter lifespan or wear items.

Defects that manifest themselves after a period of 6 months following the date of purchase, if applicable, delivery, are deemed not to be hidden defects, unless proven otherwise by the customer. The warranty is not transferable.

The provisions of this article apply only to customers acting as consumers.

Art. 15
Code Zero Hair Interpreters treats all your personal data as confidential information and will never pass it on, rent it out, or sell it to third parties. You can request, correct, modify, or have your data deleted from Code Zero Hair Interpreters' customer list at any time, and you can refuse Code Zero Hair Interpreters to use your data to send you information.

Art. 16
If any provision of these Conditions is declared invalid, unlawful, or void, this will in no way affect the validity, legality, and applicability of the other provisions.

Failure by Code Zero Hair Interpreters to enforce any of the rights listed in these Conditions at any time or to exercise any right from this will never be considered as a waiver of such provision and will never affect the validity of these rights.

Art. 17
These Conditions are supplemented by other conditions explicitly referred to and the general sales conditions of Code Zero Hair Interpreters. In case of contradiction, these Conditions take precedence.

Code Zero Hair Interpreters can change these Conditions at any time without further notice. Any purchase after the change implies the customer's acceptance of these new Conditions.

Art. 18
The customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can serve as evidence.

Art. 19
All disputes arising from this agreement are governed by Belgian law. For all disputes arising from this agreement, the Court of the Tongeren District is competent.

Art. 20
Any form of taking over these terms of sale is not allowed. Any use of the brand name Code Zero Hair Interpreters can lead to legal proceedings.
