Shipping

We offer free delivery within Belgium for orders exceeding €75 excluding VAT for business customers and €45 including VAT for private individuals. Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days.

Business (B2B) Customers:

• Delivery in Belgium: €10.5 including VAT.
• Free shipping for orders over €75 excluding VAT.

Private Individuals:

• Delivery in Belgium: €4.95 including VAT.
• Free shipping for orders over €45 including VAT.

We do not ship orders during the weekend. Delivery is available only within Belgium.

Return policy

Returns can be made up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. For hygienic reasons, products can only be returned if unopened. If opened or used, the product is considered accepted, and the order becomes final without the possibility of return. The costs of the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Return costs are at the customer's expense. Returns must be reported to the following email address: info@codezeroproducts.comWithin 14 days of receiving the products, Code Zero Hair Interpreters will refund the amount due, provided the products are in good condition.
Code Zero Hair Interpreters is not responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments. In case of damage, Code Zero Hair Interpreters will charge 100% depreciation.
